The 2026 North Carolina Wing Conference Registration is now CLOSED! All members (Senior and Cadet) must register using Registration Zone. Registration Zone does allow for the registration of your guest attending with you.
The North Carolina Wing will be hosting our annual Conference at the Greensboro Airport Embassy Suites February 13-15 2026. Special CAP Booking Rate for hotel is available but limited, so book early.
This year offers a few new events and activities increasing opportunities for ALL members to gain knowledge, network and enjoy themselves. This year’s conference activities include:
- Seminars – 20 seminars with topics covering all aspects of CAP from subject matter experts from Squadron, Group, Wing and Region.
- Vanguard - Store will be setup on site. Shop and save on shipping for uniform items (did someone say OCP items!).
- Vendor Fair –Vendors like community colleges, armed forces representatives, and commercial aviation focus will be on site Saturday for you to stop by and interact.
- Cadet Conference – This year will be a first for offering a specific cadet conference running adjacent to the main conference with topics for cadets given by cadets.
- General Assembly – Hear from National and Region Commands, observe the new NCWG Commander assume command and congratulate as we recognize all the hard work the NCWG members have accomplished.
- Banquet – Celebrate and congratulate with friends, family and your CAP family. Dress in your finest and enjoy a great meal while we hear from a guest speaker (TBA) and announce Cadet and Senior Member of the Year.
- AVAILABLE TRAINING
- Water Survival Training – Friday 13 February 2026. This pre-conference event will be limited to 30 senior member students due to space constraints. Classroom training portion will take place at the GTCC Aviation campus in the morning followed by the practical portion in the afternoon at the Greensboro Aquatic Center. You will need to sign up for this event in registration zone as part of your Conference sign-up.
- Professional Levels II-IV, SCC – Friday 13 February 2026. The Education and Training Directorate is hosting a pre-conference Level II - Level IV, SCC that will take place at the GTCC Aviation Campus which will allow members to work on their professional development education in conjunction with attending the Wing Conference. More to follow on this event under separate email. You will not sign-up for this training as part of your Conference sign-up. There will be a separate sign-up process sent out.
