Honoring Service and Celebrating Excellence

On behalf of the North Carolina Wing leadership               team, it is my privilege to welcome you to our annual Wing Conference and Banquet here in Greensboro, NC. This event is more than a gathering—it is a celebration of our shared commitment to Civil Air Patrol and an opportunity to learn, connect, and grow together.

Throughout the weekend, you will find a variety of seminars, workshops, and networking opportunities designed to benefit every member—whether you are new to CAP or a seasoned leader. These sessions will provide valuable updates on regulations, best practices, and innovative approaches to our missions. We encourage you to engage with Wing Headquarters staff, Region leadership, and National representatives in attendance. Ask questions, share ideas, and take new knowledge back to your units.

This is an exciting time for NC Wing as we continue to grow while remaining adaptable, motivated, and committed to the three core missions of Civil Air Patrol: Emergency Services, Cadet Programs, and Aerospace Education. Your dedication and service make all of this possible. Every hour you volunteer strengthens our organization and creates meaningful impact across North Carolina and beyond.
