 Plans have begun for the 2026 Summer Encampment. The vision for this Encampment is Confidence with a command intent of having the 2026 North Carolina Wing Encampment exist to build confident cadets — both staff and student. We want our cadets to become leaders and followers who trust in their training, their cadet peers, and themselves. Confidence is the foundation of leadership. It is gained through early preparation, strengthened by discipline, and sustained by integrity. Our objective for the 2026 summer Encampment is to turn our students into future leaders, help our cadet leaders build on their strengths, and challenge them to keep seeking excellence.
