All students (and parent/emergency contact) have been notified of their acceptance along with their Squadron and Flight assignment. The Encampment Operations Order is available on the encampment website. Please make payment by 8 Oct 2023. If you have questions or have not received an email with your acceptance and unit assignment please contact MSgt Cozzi christopher.cozzi@ncwgcap.org ASAP.

Students are being slotted at this time. You will receive an email with acceptance and payment information (payment link on website). Payments must be completed prior to 09 October 2023. If no payment received by this time you will be dropped. Please complete payment and forms ASAP and reach out to Staff with any questions or concerns.

Registration is now open! Please follow the directions below to register.

A single registration form will be used for both cadet students, cadet cadre and senior staff.   Registration will remain open to September 15th.  Cadets applying for executive staff are asked to submit their applications along with CAP resume NLT 2000 hrs. (8pm) 19 Aug 2023.  In addition,  National Headquarters will be opening up CEAP for all selected students in need from Sept 1^st - Sept 15th.   

Steps to Follow to Register:

1. Apply on the Registration Form:  https://forms.office.com/r/fpMteLA7fY

2. Upload CAP Resume VIA the CADET STAFF RESUME UPLOAD FORM by required due dates if applying for Staff. Executive staff NLT 19 Aug 2023. All other staff by announcement date.

3. Upload all Required CAP forms VIA the REQUIRED FORMS UPLOAD FORM available on the Wing Encampment Website.  If you are unable to upload forms please notify Encampment Staff at: ncwgencampment@ncwgcap.org

5. Once you are confirmed as selected via email, please complete the CEAP request in e-services.  

6. If you do not receive CEAP funding, the payment link will be forwarded to you.  The registration fee for students will be $160 and $80 for cadet cadre.  

All waitlist Cadets must have forms submitted and be prepared for short notice to accept slotting.
