Wing Level Award Submission
All Wing level awards, with exception of the Wing Commander's Commendation for Commander's End of Term, are to be presented to the Wing Awards Committee to be evaluated and forwarded to the Wing Commander for final approval. Please do not enter Wing level awards into the awards module in eServices, rather follow the process below:

Complete the CAPF 2A - If your specific award is not listed complete "Other" in Section III of the form.

Email the completed CAPF 2A to the Wing Personnel Email Distribution Group here.

Do NOT enter any Wing level awards into the eServices Awards Module. This will be done by the Personnel Officer after approval by the Wing Awards Committee and the Wing Commander. This will then come back to all required echelons for sign off in eServices.
COMMANDER END OF TERM AWARDS WILL BE ENTERED INTO ESERVICES BY THE RESPECTIVE WING DEPUTY COMMANDER FOR WING COMMANDER APPROVAL.
