The following list outlines the mandatory due dates for Safety Reporting IAW CAPR 62-1, CAPR 62-2 and associated NC Wing Supplements.
Failure to meet these dates may result in Administrative Freeze for your squadron until compliance is achieved.
Annual Safety Survey Jan 31 - CAPR 62-1
Monthly safety Report 10th of the following month - NC Wing Supplement 1 CAPR 62-1
Safety Stand Down by October 31 each year - CAPR 62-1
Special safety requests Dates as specified - NC Wing Supplement 1 CAPR 62-1
