Others before you may have found it to be indispensible when training for and executing CAP Emergency Services missions of all types. The CAPR documents found here are the most up to date and by policy dictate how we conduct the day to day operations of CAP, any other document found in this library is here solely to be of assistance. Documents that are not Civil Air Patrol regulations, or ammendments to those documents that have been approved by CAPNHQ are to be utilized only for reference or additional information. All operational techniques and requirements come directly from the CAPR family of documents.
